detox day 1 to 2...

been going thru a detox program lately.. suffer sia!!! day 1 breakfast was like pineapples, then lunch was corn, then dinner was tomatoes together with supplements.. day 2 just ended... with prunes for breakfast, strawberries for lunch and potatoes for dinner.. dots!!!!!!!! wad da hell.. but it works though.. day 2 i've been going to the toilet to pass out excess water in the body.. and feel a lot healthier, a lot more alert than usual.. hmm.. its a 35 day prog.. but i think i'll juz do 7 days for a start.. lolz
