Reservist

Wa!!! Its been a hell of a week, n i'm really glad tt its finally sunday! I went for my high key reservist since monday, going thru orientation driving on the 5/Ton truck n landrover, confirming detail sheets n bus indents, went for live firing @ Nee Soon Range, was nearly eaten by mosquitoes tt r attracted by insect repellants, taumatised by 1.5 inch houseflies n fist sized spiders, drank $1.20 per can tiger beer, spoke 90% hokkien, understood only 40%, and explained to my fren tt the name "Tan Kok Lai" is initialed as "Tan K L" and not "Tan C L" (not Tan Cock Lai..) then the rest translated "Cock Lai" into hokkien and we had a horrible time suppressing our laughter.. IPPT was on sat afternoon, so we booked out from Maju @ around 6pm... (Si beh sianz....) My new boots chewed a chunk off my leg, both the heel and the inner shin r really sore.. So i'm in quite a foul mood throughout the week...

Been catching up with my reading again, having devoured 98% of by David Eddings, so probably i'll finish it today and move on to another book... haha... Gonna drop by sunny bookshop to get new books le.. kk, gona shower, watch Gundam Seed Destiny, and go to church!
