itz been a while...

hee, its been quite a while since i last blogged.. dun even remember where i left off already.. dots.. been kinda busy lately, working that is.. :) often the week revolves waking up at 6am, coming home at 8pm, in between trying out various dishes at the CC opp my workplace.. ranging from chicken rice, char kway teow, chap chye perng to goreng pisang, pancakes and occasionally chicken cutlet or oyster omelette.. :) so healthy right? :P but i really enjoy the food there, its nice and cheap (the chap chye perng stall was selling fried chicken + a piece of stingray + tau gay for $2.50) and everything is just soooooo tasty! i've adapted to the time table / work schedule le.. plus the freezing environment of the banking hall (my fingers froze after sitting at the counter for 3 hrs... and my glasses fog up when i go for lunch...) all the while i made a couple of hiccups almost consistently everyday, learning gradually along the way.. from keying in the wrong amount, the wrong cheque number, to printing on the wrong vouchers, missing a step or two and forgetting to change the date on the "PAID" stamp.. haix.. hazardous job sia.. >.< but i thank God that i didn't paid the wrong amount (save once only) to the customer, and that isolated case the customer actually came back to pay back the difference.. :) so nice! haha.. i'm blessed, just so blessed by the Lord.. :) though the workplace is far, the people are really nice, even though i made a lot of mistakes, they still forgive n forget, and i truly appreciate their patience and willingness to help me in every way.. The C. officers, kelly, jesslyn, michelle r very nice too, hmm... compared to what i heard about other offices.. C. officers r scary ppl... lol.. the fierce fierce type.. >.<" there's my mentor dini, su, lay yong, aunty lee wah, mdm quek, wati who were alwayz there to guide.. and whom i thank God for as well. though its a long way from home, n i've seriously contemplated requesting for a change of branch (maybe to bukit merah for e.g.), i tink i'll choose to stay in JT cos of the environment.

tonite dad has a company dinner, so mom, sis n i went to magic wok to makan. we had thai styled fish, thai styled chicken, sambal kang kong and fried wan ton n rice. whole lot of it cost only $26+++.. cheap sia! and the fish is really nice, and the kang kong i simply adore, n man... it was just heavenly. :)
